SALON POLICIES AND RULES

CANCELLATION POLICY

Our booking system will send out reminders of your appointment 72 and 24 hours before the appointment itself. To respect our time and the time of our clients, we ask that all cancellations be made 48 hours prior to the service. If the client fails to do so, a cancellation fee (50% of service) will be charged to their account and booking will be put on hold until it is paid. (Exceptions can be made on a case-by-case basis or at the stylist's discretion).

Clients who do not show up without contacting the salon beforehand will be charged a no-show fee of 85% of the original service price. Clients over 15 minutes late are considered no-show clients.

• We ask that you do not bring other people to your appointment unless they are:
  • Also getting a service done
  • Parent/Guardian of a young client
  • Approved by salon
• NO REFUNDS
• We do not accept checks. We do except cash, Venmo, and cards (4% processing fee).
• Payment is due at the end of the service
• New clients must book a color consultation before an appointment to ensure that product and adequate time are available. 
• No pets allowed
• No firearms, alcohol, or drug use of any kind 
• No hate speech tolerated 
• We ask that all clients be respectful of their space and ours alike.
